Legends of Savvarah: Flowers and Scorpions presents a chilling, atmospheric survival horror story set in a dilapidated corner of a cold, Eastern European landscape, where a young florist’s errand to hand over her last bouquet turns into a frantic fight against insectoid monsters. The game is a slow-paced, scarce resource, and exploration of old concrete buildings and industrial areas being taken over by nature, where your only weapons are the forgotten tools of your trade, flower shears for desperate, close-quarters slashes, and a sprayer loaded with various chemical concoctions you must mix from scavenged materials. The “Scent” feature creates the main tension: each flower in your inventory has a certain smell that can either lure or scare away the scorpion-like enemies, so you have to make a strategic decision of which flowers to keep, which ones to give away, or which ones to crush into strong repellents or baits to be able to move through the complicated areas.
