In the middle of an alien invasion of the small Colorado town, the player has to choose one character out of the four main children—Stan, Kyle, Kenny, or Cartman—and guide him through the non-linear exploration of the series locations such as the school, Stark’s Pond, and the mysterious forest. The main gameplay elements include the use of a resource-limited projectile combat with snowballs and a few weapons from the series, like the Cow Launcher and the puzzle-solving part, which is done by trading items with the quirky townsfolk and getting past the environmental obstacles.
