Surgeon Simulator is a gloriously chaotic and wildly humorous physics-based simulation that throws the precision of the operating room out the window and replaces it with clumsy, fumbling, and utterly hilarious medical mayhem. Gameplay is a first-person control nightmare where you directly manipulate the hand of a would-be surgeon, with each finger and the wrist controlled by separate, intentionally awkward keyboard keys or controller inputs.
