Patrick’s Parabox is a game that takes the player through a world of boxes nested within boxes in a fascinatingly recurring way. Learn how to manipulate the game mould by moving boxes in and out and dealing with mind-boggling situations where a box includes itself. Work with the idea of infinity to solve difficult problems and come across various mechanical advances and recursive happenings as you go further and further into the game. There are always more boxes, each the one before it. Featuring over 350 puzzles, they were carefully designed to challenge the player’s intellectual capabilities while elegantly drawing them to the beauty of a recursive system. Each puzzle presents a new concept, so it will never become monotonous.

Priscilla Snow’s tranquil and thought-provoking sound composition cordially invites you to the game world. Furthermore, Priscilla Snow’s adaptive score dynamically changes to express the new mechanics as they are disclosed, making the game more immersive. Patrick’s Parabox was awarded the Excellence in Design prize at the 2020 Independent Games Festival and thus became successful in the gaming industry. It was also part of the line-up at the IndieCade 2019 festival and received a trophy for its quality from the IndieCade Developers Choice, establishing that it is the most unique puzzle in the genre.
