Cult​‍​‌‍​‍‌ of the Lamb ingeniously combines two varied game genres into an engaging gameplay loop. You lead a horde of cute cult followers and venture into roguelite dungeons to slaughter rival gods, switching between the roles of a divine leader and a detailed manager. Your domestic activities include giving inspiring sermons to increase the level of faith, assigning the agnostics various tasks to farm, cook, or construct dwellings, and carrying out mysterious rites to receive the most vital resources or to sacrifice rebellious ones. All the while, you have to balance the three parameters of loyalty, hunger, and sanitation to keep the peace and prevent the outbreak of despair and rebellion. This calm (although evil) management is interrupted by frenzied combat in the procedurally generated dungeons, where you can utilize an array of cursed weapons and divine spells to purify sinners. Besides, each triumphant crusade grants you the necessary resources, new followers, and a deck of powerful tarot cards able to provide short, run-changing effects.
