With Better Together, working together with friends to run a kitchen is a reality-now one can be a chef de partie who is primarily concerned with proteins, a saucier who deals with the complicated reductions, a pastry chef for the desserts, or a dishwasher who is always scrambling. Working together is essential; a beautifully executed exchange of a chopped onion or a shared challenge of plating twelve dishes before the timer runs out gives rise to real teamwork as well as moments of chaotic fun.
